On May 9, 2023, Contra Costa County will host a multicultural celebration to honor Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander cultures and traditions. The AANHPI Celebration will showcase dance, music, food, and unique customs from some Asian and Pacific Islander communities represented in Contra Costa County, including Nepalese, Korean, Filipino, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Lao, Thai, and Burmese communities.
