Step Aboard the Netherlands Route at the Schoolhouse in Clarksburg

Travel back to the golden age of Delta riverboats at the Clarksburg 1883 Schoolhouse.
Author Gordon Van Zuiden will discuss “The Netherlands Route: San Francisco to Sacramento Steamer Excursions,” exploring the luxurious Southern Pacific steamers that once traveled 125 miles between San Francisco and Sacramento, carrying passengers and Delta agricultural products.
The program will be followed by the Schoolhouse annual community meeting, then a book signing and refreshments. More information.
