Delta Meadows Bird Walk in Walnut Grove

Join a State Parks interpreter for the Delta Meadows Birdwalk, exploring California Delta wetlands and the birds that inhabit them. The guided walk travels through oak woodlands and marshes while highlighting the importance of these endangered habitats for birds and other wildlife.
The walk meets at the Delta Meadows parking lot and covers approximately 1 mile over about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Participants should wear comfortable shoes, dress for the weather, and bring water. Binoculars are optional. Admission and participation are free and open to all ages and skill levels.
