Lodi Beer Fest & State BBQ Competition

“DRINK GOOD BEER WITH GOOD FRIENDS”
VIP Tasting – $45 in advance or at the door (if available)
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
It will feel like a one on one experience with participating breweries. All tickets include an hour early admission, unlimited tasting and a commemorative beer glass. A limited quantity of tickets will be sold.
General Admission – $30 in advance / $40 at the door
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
All tickets include a commemorative beer glass and unlimited tasting.

Discount tickets can be purchased until close of business on Friday, April 26, 2019.
Ticket purchased online are subject to a processing and handling fee.
Must be 21 or older to attend.
California State BBQ Championship
Contestants cook 4 meats:
- Chicken
- Pork Ribs
- Boston Port Roast (Pork Shoulder/Boston Butt)
- Beef Brisket
Which may be cooked using heat sources of
- Wood
- Pellets
- Charcoal (lump or briquettes)
Entries are judged blindly on the following criteria:
- Appearance
- Tenderness
- Taste
