Join the East Bay Regional Park District and Antioch Mayor Ron Bernal for a 1-mile, naturalist-guided Walk and Talk at Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve. Participants will explore the park’s history and scenery while learning about the physical and mental health benefits of spending time outdoors.
