The Vallejo Naval and Historical Museum presents a program on Charles Young, a soldier, educator, and diplomat who was the highest-ranking Black officer during his lifetime. Guest speaker Charles Blatcher III is an author, publisher, and founder and chairman of the National Coalition of Black Veteran Organizations. This is a free event.
