Delta Life
The Delta region is steeped in the history of the people who settled the area — from the Native Americans who dwelt on the land to the modern-day farmers who work the land to produce crops that help feed the nation. Rivers and water play a large part in the shaping of the region: they sustain not just humans but a complex system of wildlife and ecology that is threatened by the encroachment of industry, housing, and people.
